In its decision of 12 May 1998, the district court of Hamburg stated that providing a link may entail shared responsibility for the content of the linked site. This can only be avoided by specifically disassociating oneself from these contents. Precautionary we declare: “We herewith explicitly distance ourselves from the content of all links on this homepage and do not adopt their content. This statement is valid for all links and link collections, which are included at present or will be included in the future.”
